Oh....man. So this has to be one of my favorite sessions to date. I took pictures for this family last summer, and it doesn't hurt that they live in a house surrounded by fruit orchards, right near Lake Ontario.
For this session, we focused on the girls. They both did so so well. Dressed in some of the most adorable outfits I've ever seen, we picked flowers, played in some bubbles, hugged a big stuffed bear, and looked at pictures of my doggies on my phone. We did have a pretty, pink balloon, but that popped about 30 seconds in. Regardless, we got some amazing shots - both posed and some candids. We also started the pictures about 90 minutes before sunset, which is so critical. It's amazing what a difference time of day makes. I've really been strongly recommending this for most of my shoots, and below is why. :) I loved taking pictures of these two dolls. I hope that I'll get to again in the future!

Got to spend the 4th with my mom, Katie, and my three adorable nephews. We did a ton of stuff, but I just brought my camera to the fireworks. We didn't last there too long because they were REALLY close and REALLY loud - and Shawn was not completely digging that. But we still had fun. We watched them at Conesus Lake - which I had never been to before but it was pretty cool.
Love these three. <3 <3 <3 |
