My friend Jessica recently reached out to me and asked that I take some family pictures. This is my.... FIFTH or maybe SIXTH shoot with this family, and I love that she asked me again.
This shoot was special. Since it's Jessica and her husband, Bill's 10th year of being married, we did the shoot at Mt. Hope Cemetery, where some of their wedding pictures were taken 10 years ago. We even recreated a few of the shots - check them out below. I also had the opportunity to get lots of shots of her kiddos, who were so good and so fun to work with. We laughed a lot, threw pennies into the fountain (and made wishes obviously!), and I love how their pictures turned out. Lots of love in the air on this day :). Enjoy!

I can't believe it was a little over one year ago that I was able to witness Shawn's birth. To say it was amazing is a huge understatement. I can remember it like it was yesterday, and it was such an honor that my brother and sister-in-law allowed me to be in the room to watch this perfect little human enter the world.
I'm so lucky to be an aunt to Shawn, and his two older brothers. I love these three so, so much. Happy 1st Birthday buddy. You make this world a shinier, better place. <3 Holy, cow. These girls are so stinkin' cute. They were both so cooperative as we trudged around a few places in Allegany State Park. We took a break so their dad could lift them up to pick an apple from an apple tree, and then another break while Molly proceeded to kick said apple around the parking lot.
I laughed so much during the shoot - while photographing these two sweet girls. What more could I ask for? :) |
