A few weeks ago, I met this awesome family at a family tree farm in Brockport. I know them pretty well, so I was super excited when Gail asked me to take some family pictures.
We walked around the many beautiful acres while we got some pictures. Apples were also a big hit of the day (see below).
I got some really cute pictures of Jeremy and Juliet (brother and sister), as well as some of the entire family. I had such a great time with this family, and loved the opportunity to use their family tree farm for the shoot! I hope to do it soon in the future1
In October, I had the honor of shooting Lindsay and Johnny's wedding. We met in Batavia where everyone got ready, and then headed off to the beautiful Hidden Valley Animal Adventure in Varysburg, NY.
Lindsay and I were both so nervous the entire week leading up to the wedding as the forecast called for rain. Luckily, I don't think it rained a drop that day. However, it was so incredibly windy, that it was COLD out. However, I was so impressed with everyone. They were all champs and let me do their pictures outside anyway.
This couple is amazing, and so in love. Shooting weddings is not easy. But it is so rewarding. It's incredible to see the day unfold, and to see the love between two people during one of the most important days of their lives. And this was so true for these two.
Congratulations to Lindsay and Johnny. And thank you for letting me take pictures of your special day. I hope you love your pictures and that they help you to always remember this extraordinary day in your lives. <3
I recently took pictures of this adorable family. I used to work with Katie many years ago, and she is such a sweet girl. I knew it the instant we met!
We haven't seen each other in years, so I was so excited when she asked me to take some family pictures. I was finally able to meet her hubby and two precious kiddos.
We met at Tinker Park in Henrietta. Even though it was a chilly day, and we went to different parking lots in the beginning, they were all troopers. I gladly took the chilly weather as it was perfectly overcast out, which lends for some nice, even lighting.
I love how their pics turned out - I hope they like them, too :)
Hi - It's me. Lauren. I hope you enjoy my blog - where I'll post some of my favorite pics from my shoots, along with a short write-up about the experience!
